2922 GLOVER DRIVE WAY IN WESLEY HEIGHTS

MMg’s Luxury Homes Division, Murillo/Malnati Homes, announces the purchase of 2922 Glover Place in Wesley Heights, a 9,650 SF lot in where we will be razing the existing home and replacing it with a new luxury dwelling.  The new home will feature 6,000+ SF of livable space on four levels including an enlarged detached garage.  The lower level will include a children’s playroom, an au pair suite, an exercise room and a large capacity laundry center.  On the first floor the home will include a living room, a dining room, large kitchen/family/breakfast room, a library, pantry, a mud room, a front and rear patio and a large porch.  On the second floor, the new house will include a master bedroom, master bath and two additional bedrooms with ensuite baths. The top floor will include two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom and storage room.

The new luxury home will be delivering in time for the 2015 spring market.
