LUXURY SINGLE FAMILY IN WESLEY HEIGHTS

Murillo/Malnati Homes, a Murillo/Malnati Group company, has closed on the sale of 4323 Hawthorne Street located in the Wesley Heights neighborhood.  The property had been completed and marketed in the summer of 2012 but was withdrawn due to weak market demand in the Election Year

During the off-market period, our design team made some minor tweaks to the home including the installation of full surround systems throughout, improvements to the landscaping, and the adaptation of a small bedroom to become a large walk-in closet.  Options were developed for the re-marketing which included a children’s play area and options for filling in the in-ground pool and an off- street parking pad.

The property went to market in the spring and sold in 14 days with competing offers.
