MURILLO/MALNATI HOMES TO BUILD THREE NEW LUXURY RESIDENCES
Murillo/Malnati Homes announced today that it has completed the subdivision of the 19,000 SF lot in Cleveland Park, DC where the company will build three (3) single-family homes.
In early 2014, the company received final permits to subdivide the property in to three lots to include two new curb cuts. The development of the property involves the removal of over 2,000 cubic yards of dirt and 25-30 trees which will be replaced with new trees when the new landscape for the site is installed.
All homes were designed by Carina Lopez, MMg’s in-house architect, with collaborative support from Cunningham + Quill for site design and Maddox Surveyors for the civil design package. These homes will feature over 5,500 SF of livable space including car garages, playroom/home theatre/au pair suites and five (5) and six (6) bedrooms. Also, each home will include MMg’s signature design and quality standards. “It is clear that the single family market is under supplied leaving single family homebuyer with few options” says Murillo, the company’s Principal. “We intend to fill the gap” added Murillo.
The company plans to deliver the first two homes in time for the 2015 Spring Market and the last one for the 2015 Fall Market.
