MMg’s has obtained HPRB and Building Permit approvals for its latest Cleveland Park single-family home at 3700 Connecticut Avenue NW. This single-family project consists of a 3-story 4,200 SF 5-bedroom house designed by nationally acclaimed Dynerman Architects www.DynermanArchitects.com known for their stunning modern design.
MMg originally purchased the property in order to develop a 10-unit apartment building as permitted by DC zoning by first attempting to amend a pre-existing scenic easement controlled by the Park Service. The single-family design was pursued simultaneously in compliance with the easement development guidelines. After realizing the process of amending an easement owned by the Federal Government was a daunting task,
MMg decided to design a unique single-family dwelling located one block from the Cleveland Park Metro Station. MMg will remove portions of the existing structure and construct a new home on the remaining foundation. The new home will feature a total of 5 bedrooms and a large game room on 4,200 SF of livable space. The home also includes a parking area for 2-car off street parking.
