After completing the home in 2012 and while preparing for the Spring market, MMg was contacted by a prior MMg buyer to purchase the latest Murillo/Malnati Homes offering: 3319 Rowland Place.  The purchaser was committed to repeating the experience of purchasing a home from MMg and made an offer that was impossible to pass up.  The result: 3319 Rowland Place sold off-market.

The Cleveland Park home was designed in a collaborative effort between MMg’s Carina Lopez and the architectural firm of Cunningham + Quill.  The home features six bedrooms and 4.5 baths and includes a full au pair suite in the lower level.
